Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If any boxes arrive with apparent damage, pictures are required and All Pro Stainless Products must be notified immediately at grillmanrobert@gmail.com when you receive the item. We will work with you to facilitate the return. Do not open boxes with apparent damage. 888-504-8875 is a contact number but does not replace the need to email immediately.
Concealed damage would occur when the box is not damaged but upon opening the box you notice the product is damaged. Take pictures of the damaged product and return it to its original packaging and notify grillmanrobert@gmail.com Concealed damage claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Opened items and damaged items are subject to management approval and may be non-refundable. Items that have been installed are non refundable.
For defective products, please contact the manufacturer directly for any manufacturer warranty claims.
